West Bend Winter Warm Up

The West Bend Winter Warm-Up is back this year, and it’s bigger than ever! In a historic first, the festivities and winter delights will unfold over three days from January 19 to 21.

Friday, January 19

The event kicks off on Friday with the arrival of enchanting ice sculptures. Explore the streets and the newly constructed Riverwalk adorned with over 60 stunning frozen art pieces. Grab a map, take a leisurely stroll down Main Street, and beyond, admiring each sculpture.

Warm up your fingers and toes in downtown shops and restaurants, where winter special deals and treats await. Enjoy the musical talents of Nathan Mayfield at Old Settlers Park from 5-7 p.m., with the added warmth of fire pits.

Saturday, January 20

Saturday brings even more excitement with live music and vendors joining the sculpture lineup on the streets. The Bend Theater hosts Downtown Harrison from 12-2 p.m., while Eugene Gruber takes the stage at Old Settlers Park from 1-3 p.m.

A short drive away, experience the adrenaline of the Hugh Jass Fat Tire Bike Race at Regner Park starting at 11 a.m. Register to participate or simply enjoy watching the race and join the after-party. Conclude your outdoor adventures with the Winter Luminary Walk at Lac Lawrann Conservancy from 5-7 p.m., where lanterns light up the woods and meadows for a magical hike.

For a final stop on a day filled with fun, head back downtown to The Bend Theater for the Southbound & Friends: Dark Side of the Moon performance – secure your tickets for this popular Pink Floyd tribute!

Sunday, January 21

Sunday keeps the excitement going with a full day of activities. Old Settlers Park hosts a team of sled dogs from H2M2 Nation – stop by, pet the dogs, and capture the moment with a photo!

Musical delights continue with Tim Kieffer performing at Old Settlers Park from 1-3 p.m. If you prefer warmth indoors, The Bend Theater opens its doors for three screenings of Disney’s Frozen II on the big screen, complete with a meet-and-greet with Elsa, Ana, and Kristoff.
